For the most part exposure to Asbestos is not confined to a particular country in terms of how a person may have been exposed. Occupations from around the world remain the same due to the known and most efficient working processes used. The aim of this section is to inform those wishing to know how an exposure on a particular job site could have occurred. This is not an all inclusive list however, it does include the majority of cases. Also keep in mind the other possibility of asbestos exposure at home, where washing clothes of someone who was exposed could in itself cause the same complications (mesothelioma, asbestosis, lung cancer etc).
